About our Children’s Guitar Groups
Our Children’s Guitar Groups are designed to create a fun and comfortable environment where kids can learn the Guitar with like-minded musicians and produce beautiful music together.
It’s a perfect option for students who are shy learners and tend to thrive in the company of others. Group lessons encourage students to work hard and achieve their best because they are supported by their peers.
Our group Guitar sessions are also great because they can teach kids the value of teamwork, collaboration and respect for each other.
Playing an instrument with others is always more fun than playing alone. Therefore, in group lesson settings, a child’s love for music only flourishes.
About our lessons and teachers
At Caringbah Music, our Guitar teachers are highly experienced and trained musicians, being graduates from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music and UNSW.
They are friendly, patient and enthusiastic. They use teaching approaches which are exciting, engaging and appeal to a child’s curiosity and simple desire to make noise.
In lessons, children will learn to:
- Play fun and exciting songs, expanding their musical repertoire
- Master fundamental Guitar techniques
- Use their creativity and play expressively
- Develop skills in reading music, rhythmic and pitch accuracy and expressive techniques
