How to Get your Child to Practice?

This question is asked over and over by parents. It's the million dollar question!

Short and daily 10 minute practices are far more beneficial than one longer practice on the weekend.

Many students find 10 minutes before or after breakfast, afternoon tea and or dinner can be done without much interruption to the families routine.

High school students often say they have too much homework to practice. My solution is to get the students to schedule their practice in between say their Maths and English homework.

It gives them a break from the book work and gets them practicing on a daily basis.

Having a good teacher who is mentoring and encouraging the student will ALWAYs be a great advantage when tackling this question.

Rock On! TEACHING is a great career
